Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training and communications to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments.

Participate and lead in the in-house professional development program and demonstrate commitment to your own professional development via online courses, professional journals and the like.

Lead in a structured program of teaching and mentoring junior and Chinese trained therapists.

Maintain open and on-going communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.

Require effective supervisory skills along with good communication skills for interdepartmental relationships.
